About the role
We’re looking for a talented Project Manager who will play a critical role in leading the delivery of Workplace & Mobility Services in our global context:
To ensure an end to end approach, you will coordinate the rollout process with engineering and support teams to ensure consistent workflow, transparency and alignment. You may have to coordinate external dependencies when required (partners, etc.).
You will define rollout approach/methodology, including change management and training together with other support and engineering managers. You will manage directly the deployment teams through their regional team leads.
You will monitor, analyze and report performance in order to identify which actions need to be taken to keep or get the project on track. You have to constantly review and address deployment risks and issues and regularly review progress to ensure overall project milestones and objectives are achieved.
Consequently, you will also make proposals for enhancement of tooling, processes & procedures to ensure swift delivery of rollout targets in a sustainable way.
You will be implied in initiatives to gather end users needs and requirements (survey, workshop, etc.). You may have to work with IT clients (Internal Communications, HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) on end-users topics to assess and qualify their needs.
