Description de l'offre

As part of Arkadin's growth, we are looking for an experienced Global Product Manager to develop our Unified Communications initiative efforts. 

Your keys activities and tasks: 

- In conjunction with other Product Managers member of Arkadin's UC team, Managing our UC product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, with a focus on Telephony and Contact Center solutions.
- Leading product feature development and prioritisation with R&D and Partners, ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints. 
- Owning the end-to-end customer experience of the solution 
- Project Managing Product Roll out for the defined product portfolio 
- Training departments on new Products and releases
- Briefing stakeholders and senior management on the Product Roadmap to ensure cross function alignment
- Working closely with Product Marketing to create customer facing collateral
- Liaising with external third parties to maintain and develop existing relationships 
- Assisting internal stakeholders with all Product related questions and requests

Conditions requises

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Management in Europe with a proven track record of managing product launches and the complete product lifecycle
- Having occupied this position for one or several of the market's leading UC solutions (from Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Avaya…) or a major Telephony Carrier is a plus
- Strong track record of defining offers and launching products and services within the Telecommunications, IT or Software sector
- Excellent knowledge of the Telephony and Contact Center market and technologies.
- Understanding of the Microsoft suite of UC services (Skype for Business, Exchange, Yammer, Office365)
Ability to develop and sustain close working relationships with the product line, other sales channels and external suppliers and partners 
- Ability to create and manage business cases or cost/benefit analysis to deliver business value 
- Experience in hosted SaaS Solutions 
- Project management skills, experience in implementing new services with multiple stakeholders and departments involved
- Ability to train groups of Trainers, Sales, Client Care, Operations and Arkadin employees
- Solid attention to detail and highly organised with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and peers that are not under direct control
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
- Proven track record of building strong relationship with product marketing & sales
- Team Player a must
- Self-Starter and “hands-on" type of mentality
- Fluent in English and French
