It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

As an Technology Specialist IT Service Management for the myITSM environment you are responsible to analyze and specify requirements, to create and integrate the myITSM software and systems including new modules and interfaces within Airbus DS.

Besides that you will secure all functional and/or technical integrations, processes and functionalities and manage deployment activities concerning the whole myITSM environments on an international base.
The national myITSM environments are underlying national security regulations which require a special mindfulness regarding the steering and management of such deployments from you.

Your responsibilities / tasks

  • Ensure the technical design and contribution to the implementation of new modules, interfaces, functionalities or enhancements within the area of myITSM is following the rules considering efficiency, service orientation and end customer experience
  • Select and develop integration testing techniques to ensure the system fulfills the requirements
  • Secure reaching EIS with minimum impact on the production environment and fulfilling the agreed business requirements in quality and time
  • Contribute to correctness and completeness of a system ensuring that solutions meet technical and user requirements
  • Establish procedures for result analysis and reporting
  • Ensure the availability of structured and detailed documentation
  • Support to Airbus DS myITSM Application architecture definition and deployment in alignment with Architecture Management and the Application Service Owner
  • Define and lead myITSM relevant Subprojects
  • Ensure a correct definition, implementation and continuous improvements of asset and config. mgmt.
  • Initiate and support ITSM relevant organizational Change processes within IM (ITIL)
  • Support of continual improvement of the whole myITSM Service (international)
  • Secure service availability and stabilization
  • Support effective, international communication within the team and between teams
  • Consider „Good Practices“ within the myITSM environment
  • Ensure standardized and harmonized processes and tool implementations for myITSM solution

Compétences requises

  • Educated to Bachelor degree in IT service management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL V3 Certification recommended, in-depth knowledge of operational ITIL processes
  • Fundamental knowledge in BMC Remedy (ITSM, myIT, Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, Integrator, process automation, Asset Management ), database.
  • Good understanding of Application Design, Application Development and Component Integration, Solution Deployment.
  • English & French (Negotiation Level)
