Mobilisights Business Analyst

Mobilisights : enabling a smarter world
Exponential growth in adoption and deployment of connected cars and devices is bringing previously unavailable datasets to market – at scale and in real-time. Stellantis, one of the largest global car makers and the parent company of dozens of iconic brands has created a new Data BU to harness sensor and other data from 10s of millions of connected vehicles as well as that from IoT/connected devices from external sources to build data products and services that can power hundreds of brand-new b2b and b2c applications, services, and decision-making across industries. 
Mobilisights will operate within a very strict data governance and privacy policy. This includes using anonymized and aggregated data, and only sharing personal data of customers with their consent and only for the specific services of their choosing.

Your Mission

Reporting to the VP & Head of Business Planning and Operations, the Business Analyst position provides critical program support for the growth of Mobilisights including in the following areas:

You'll sit at the intersection of product management, finance, sales, and marketing to build a strong understanding of our customer segments, our products, and our go-to-market strategy. The Business Analyst will be a critical part of the Mobilisights team to help us accelerate and manage growth, build of solid operational foundation and optimize business processes globally.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze and audit existing business and operational activities

Develop and implement lead-to-cash and order-to-cash business processes, working collaboratively with product management, engineering, finance and sales.

Manages various aspects of the business ERP systems including customer and order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, payments and collections, and cash management.

Implement and ensures adherence to world-class operations standards and business governance

Gathers, analyzes, reports, and maintains data, information, and statistical metrics from a variety of sources that support decision-making, including identifying relevant benchmarking tools

Identifies, investigates analyzes and recommends alternative solutions to management regarding operational, management and administrative actions/issues

Identify areas for investment to build and solidify a business operations strategy practice at Mobilisights, including identifying software required and other tools to help scale the growth of the business.

Consults with functional team members regarding a wide range of operational issues

Responsible for business and operational analysis and support for assigned department/programs

PROFIL
Skills

Accomplished professional with 10+ yrs. of demonstrated hands-on experience in business administration, operations management, and program management.

Ability to translate and communicate complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience.

Strong management presence, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Comfort engaging with global executives in business and technical discussions.

Proven experience leading initiatives and teams, directly and indirectly, in fast paced environments, driving complex, transformation initiatives cross-functionally. Experience with SaaS, DaaS, or digital marketplaces is a huge plus.

Strong analytical skills to work on complex business issues in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.

Willingness to be flexible and take on a wide-ranging set of initiatives and topics

Comfortable working both internally and externally to support customers and vendors, as necessary.

High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, provide critical thinking on new and unknown tasks, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail.

An entrepreneurial spirit and excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.

Strong quantitative and analysis skills and advanced aptitude for creating financial or operational models

Experience presenting data and concepts visually (e.g. Tableau)

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field; Advanced degree preferred.

Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
