Interact with system administrators to determine the nature of problems
Technical support delivery for Dassault Systemes products (MES/MOM - DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems)
Develop a strong understanding of application architecture and customer usage profiles
Solve complex problems escalated from lower level of technical support
Report performance analysis and tuning results to customers
Work collaboratively with other departments in order to improve the product
Maintain test environments on virtual platform
Working experience in software development or on a similar position is nice to have
.Net Application code reading and profiling
PLSQL/T-SQL skills (coding and code optimization)
Understanding networking concepts of DNS, TCP, HTTP etc.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage customer and partner relationships
Bachelor/Master's degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering
Fluent English is a must
