RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Provide Level 2 Technical Support to DS Professional Channel resellers and customers
•    Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner
•    Liaise with the Software Development, Quality Assurance and Product Definition groups to investigate and resolve problems
•    Develop workarounds and techniques for specific situations and communicate them to customers and resellers
•    Help develop and implement web based support initiatives, knowledge bases, technical problem solving techniques, and documentation


•    Conferred Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or technical equivalent and 6+ months of corporate co-op, internship, or work experience in an Engineering, Technical Software Support, or Product Design team
•    SOLIDWORKS knowledge and hands on design experiences; classroom assignments are applicable
     >  Please submitted original SOLIDWORKS design examples along with your resume
•    You are an active listener and possess and use your 'soft skills' when engaging internal and external colleagues/customers
•    Strong communication skills in two parts: 1.) very strong writing skills utilizing the rules of English grammar; 2.)  verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral (speaking) communication skills in English
•    Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
•    Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
•    Highly organized with critical time management and attention to details
•    Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advance software functions; coaching and instruction will be provided, but we want someone who goes after knowledge
•    Functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge Visio, Access or SQL
Plusses, not required
•    SOLIDWORKS certifications e.g. CSWA
•    Master or Ph.D. degree
•    At least one additional language other than English, such as (but not limited to), French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc
•    Advance knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint functions, and SQL
