DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
PERMANENT CONTRACT

Exponential growth in adoption and deployment of connected cars and devices is bringing previously unavailable datasets to market – at scale and in real-time. Stellantis, one of the largest global car makers and the parent company of dozens of iconic brands including Jeep, Fiat, Maserati, Peugeots, and more, has created a new Data BU to harness sensor and other data from 10s millions of connected vehicles as well as that from IoT/connected devices from external sources to build data products and services that can power hundreds of brand-new b2b and b2c applications, services, and decision-making across industries.

Your Mission
Stellantis Data BU is looking for an accomplished and highly experienced Software Engineering leader. As the leader of the software engineering team, your mission is to build the software platform foundation for Data Monetization platform that'll support rapid buildout, delivery, and frictionless consumption of data products and services the Data BU plans to take to market.

Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
● Lead design and development of a full software stack/platform to enable rapid development, deployment, discovery, licensing, and delivery/consumption of high-quality data products and services.
● Together with product managers, design and execute a roadmap to build a marketplace that can handle thousands of global customers licensing and consuming hundreds of products, data request/delivery APIs, and a ‘back-office' that provides streamlined metering, invoicing, reporting, and analytics of their data usage.
● Collaborate with UX experts to enable easy discovery and licensing of data and with data engineering team to ensure low-latency delivery of and high-uptime access to the data products and services.
● Advise CTO/execs on build/buy/out-source decisions for various sub-systems and components of the platform.
● Design and implement an experimentation platform for the agile, but secure, testing of data products and services.
● Drive continual improvements for reliability, performance, scalability, and quality and own associated KPIs.
● Build and mentor a world class team, expanding the impact and reach of data at Stellantis

PROFIL
Your Profile
● 12+ years of experience in the software design and development life cycle.
● 8+ years of team building and people management experience.
● 5+ years hands-on experience designing and building customer facing (revenue delivering) DaaS/SaaS platforms.
● 5+ years of hands-on experience and deep expertise in architecting and building products/platforms using popular public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GC).
● Strong product sense, with a solid understanding of user engagement and monetization strategies for data.
● Comprehensive experience and familiarity with client-side technologies as well as 3rd party products and platforms that can be integrated to rapidly build the data monetization platform.
● Candidates with advanced degree in Computer Science/Eng or related fields accepted at lower experience levels.
