Description du poste / stage

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our Issac Site.

He/she will be reporting to the Head of performance management and monitoring, inside the “Vehicle & System” cluster , the candidate will manage all MAIT Performance Processes in a transversal way with the MAIT sectors of the department (Les Mureaux, Issac, Le Haillan, Saint Médart en Jalles Brest, Kourou, Bremen).
The principal duties of the role include the following:
In the frame of MAIT Performance management processes :

Rôle:

  • Establishing realistic long term customer deliveries (around 5 years), based on sales forecasts provided and validated by the Programme Manager and Strategy departments
  • Providing proposals for needs arbitration (critical resources: humans and bottleneck means and assets)
  • Controling the consistency of the MPS (Master production Schedule) and the S&OP - Manage the Monthly Product -Scheduling in collaboration with managers and Delivery Managers

You will have to analyse and challenge the team, propose improvement solution and help the team in specific topics with a transversal view.

You will have to be force of proposal for optimization and improvement of performance processes

your Change management skills are needed

Your Responsibilities will be :

  • Manage the entire Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) process: quantities per product family and services per period
  • Manage Demand Review (request by the customer)
  • Manage Supply review (quantities the company is able to provide on a given time period)
  • Manage S&OP Review (quantities we agreed)

Apply the stock and work in progress policy

  • Guarantee the S&OP sub process and lead improvement actions
  • Update the S&OP and the associated master data (parts families, macro bill of materials, aggregated times period) in the information system

Establish and update the S&OP performance indicators

The role could evaluate in the performance management and monitoring team, depending of the profile of the candidate.



Compétences requises

  • You have an University degree in Finance/Controlling and/or Engineering (Production Engineering)
  • You have Industrial Performance Monitoring Supply Chain degree skills (APICS certification)
  • 10 to 15 years experience are required.
  • The needed Tools are : MATRIX / Excel / SAP

you will have to be :

  • a good a team player and to be able to work in transverse,
  • rigorous,
  • federate and have a good relationship
  • adapt yourself to your interlocutor and federate team
  • have a high level of self-motivation and good problem solving skills.

In addition, you will have to be multitasking oriented and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in English is required.
