You will closely work with the SuccessFactors Configuration Team Lead on setting up the team, introducing the client’s methodologies and tools required to effectively provide the services and supporting the Team Leads and Senior Configurators to manage the different activities and projects.
•Work with SuccessFactors Configuration Team Lead on various Project Planning/Scheduling activities.
•Translate High-level Program/Milestone Plan, (iterative) approach into detail project plan that enables delivery of SuccessFactors system.
•Define lower level work packages based on agreed scope and SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
•Monitor & Track projects progress.
•Gather & consolidate status updates, issues, risks from various teams and proactively coordinates the actions / resolutions
•Anticipate and highlight SF related project issues and risks to the SuccessFactors Configuration Team Lead.
•Track actual vs planned resources, costs with the help of Finance Controller.
•Provide Project Coordination assistance to various Team Leads and Senior Configurators.
•Identify and proactively track dependencies between deliverables from various project teams.
•Assists Team Leads and Senior Configurators in performing resource levelling within their teams and highlighting resource constraints.
•Provide guidance to project team on SuccessFactors specific deliverable templates, descriptions, methodology.
•Work on and deliver process improvement initiatives & projects.
•Ensure that the implementation and the efficiency of the operational processes in the team are tracked through operational reviews and aligned with the other SuccessFactors Configuration Team Leads in the team. Identify and implement corrective actions where needed.
•Manage the teams’ portfolio of projects and/ or initiatives, priorities and schedule the associated work to meet team objectives.
•Scheduling & facilitation of project team meetings & events.
•Coordinate communications with other internal support teams in the company.
•Take care of any coordination activities and communications related to engaging software or consulting vendors (RFP, contract, coversheets, purchase orders, invoices).
•Project administrative tasks (visitor management, meetings setup, digitalizing meeting outputs, etc.).
•Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering.
•PMP Certification or at least 5 years of Project Management experience
•Certification in SuccessFactors Platform & Foundations, Employee Central
•Fluency in English - both verbal and written.
•Experienced at least 3 Global HR Transformation Projects in the role of Project Coordinator/Manager.
•At least 1 full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central in the role of Project Coordinator/Manager.
•Experience working in a decentralized team and with remote configuration methodologies.
•Continuous improvement of processes and tools mentality.
