Reporting to the Process & Tools Manager, you will be part of the HR Technology & Efficiency Global team.
Our team is strongly connected to the other activities of HR function at corporate level (Talent & Learning, Reward, Admin…), to HR teams at local level and to the IS function.

1/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT (approx. 40%):
- Simplification of HRIS Tools: Coordination of design thinking workshops on key simplification priorities
- HR Dashboards: Coordination of the Workgroup of our HR Dashboards project
2/ CHANGE MANAGEMENT (approx. 40%):
- New HR solution: Implementing the change management plan of a new HR solution worldwide
- Use of Central Tools: Supporting countries to use central tools
- Access management: Implementing the new access management model for all HR users
3/ DESIGN AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (approx. 20%):
- Co-designing new solutions for HR communities:
o Admin & Payroll Community
o HR Analytics Community
o New HR community solution
