Description du poste / stage

An Internship in 'Product Owner Support - IT or Business School - B+4 / B+5' has arisen within Airbus in Blagnac.
You will join Contract Delivery Department.

The mission is to contribute to the development of an IT Tool for Customer Affairs - Contract Delivery department, acting as product owner as defined by the agile scrum methodology (GPP NG Agile-Scrum).
This tool will be cross national (France, Germany, US, China) and cross programs (A320,A330,A350, A380).
Software : Aircraft Status (Delivery Integrated Process)

This internship will start from January 2018 (date subject to some flexibility) and will last 6 months.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

The aim of the project is to have a centralized and more harmonized way of sharing information within all the delivery sites about relevant delivery MSN (Manufacturer Serial Number) data.

Aircraft status aims at being a collaborative tool for Contracts Delivery stakeholders to share information and provide main commercial/contractual highlights of an aircraft from Final Assembly Line entry until the fulfilment of its delivery phase.

  • Scope the system : capture and formalise business requirements, and construct business process maps.
  • Consolidate business requirements and transfer to IT project leader
  • Define and organise the closure of different phases of the project (using GPP-Agile Methodology)
  • Participate to writing user acceptance test (UAT) cases
  • Check schedules of each team to compare to project planning
  • Ensure training phase and produce training materials if needed.

You will integrate a dynamic team in the challenging delivery environment and will get highly familiarized with contract and aircraft delivery process.



Compétences requises

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level B+4 / B+5 in Information Technology or Business school with strong IT knowledge (WEB, HMI, Programming ...)
  • A first experience in project management would be appreciated
  • IT tools : Java script- front end – SQL server, JQuery , HTML5 and CSS3
  • Team work and communication skills
  • English : Intermediate
  • French : Advanced
