Smart O&M’s mission is to improve operational efficiency and make our energy and zero-carbon service offerings more attractive for B2B customers. We develop and support the implementation of a solution integrating the most valuable features for day-to-day O&M business: Facilities and technical assets monitoring, Field service management, predictive maintenance, energy management, BIM, BI & reporting …

In order to help us deploying existing and new customers (Europe, Middle-East, North America, Asia), and contribute to continuous improvement of the solution, we are looking for a new talent to join the Customer success team (~10 people)


Main activities:

•    Scope, lead and support customers implementation projects to meet the business needs while maximizing the economic & operational value
•    Master the solution features (follow up all evolutions & configuration modalities) and define standard use cases to deliver value & related implementation framework (including documentation)
•    Work with stakeholders to understand operational & contractual requirements (B2B2B context) and to define & achieve success criteria of projects
•    Capitalize on each project to continuously improve the industrialization of the roll-out and the standardization of the solution
•    Feed the business demands together with the customer and transform implemented specific configurations into standard features specifications
•    Be responsible for the design and the acceptance of the new features and associated use cases 
•    Train customers adoption team to promote the solution (internally & externally) and to administrate it (including supporting them with documentation).  
 
 

Conditions requises

About your profile:

•    You hold a M. Sc in Engineering
•    You are passionate about Digital, Energy & transformation projects
•    You are experienced in software implementation/ integration projects as product manager or functional consultant (at least 2 years for entry position, 5 years for senior role)
•    You work effectively in both English & French

About your abilities:

•    You can easily interact with technical & functional experts (understand technical details of the solution & key customers business challenges) 
•    You can define & present clearly suggested options
•    You can convince customers to adapt their ways of working in order to maximize their benefits 
•    You can help your customers to drive the change in their own organization 

About you:

Strong relational skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, interest for technology & industrial operations, team spirit, results-oriented
