Context

Client Group Operations - Cyberdefense is leading a major program to onboard a set of entities worldwide into a set of the Cyber Defense Products.
As part of the program, client is looking for a Technical Lead responsible for coordinating the technical activities, validating all technical implementations and the documentation.
This resource will be reporting to the program manager and will work closely with the project managers driving the deployment of products and the product managers. He or she is the technical referee on the program and accountable for all technical decisions taken by the program.

The products deployed include: WAF, DDOS, Secure emails, Secure Web Access, Vulnerability management, SOC, EDR, DLP, At rest Encryption, Endpoint Protection

Description

Specific duties will include but not limited to:
- technical point of contact on the Project/Program to support on the various activities.
- Work with project managers to overcome issues, ensuring the project is being executed to the agreed timeline.
- Coordinate activities with the various stakeholders (entity, Client Products, third parties involved, etc)
- Build up the acceptance test plans.
- Verify execution of the tasks, tests and validate the results.
- Controlling what has been effectively implemented (Vs. design)
- Write, review and validate technical deliverables
- optimizations (quick wins, tactical solution, long term solution).
- ensure any risks identified are managed / mitigated
- Report to the project/program manager on status, risks and forecast
- manage non-technical activities if requested.
- strong collaboration, customer first skills to carry out all responsibilities
