My client is a top End-User looking to employ a Senior Salesforce Admin to help maintain the database while this company goes through a large shakeup. It is slowly in the process of moving all its data from a legacy system to lightning. On offer is a very attractive package of up to £60k + a wider benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities
Experience with Sales, Service, Communities and Marketing Cloud would be highly advantageous
Experience in managing an Org with over 250 + Users is a must, both B2B & B2C
Gathering requirements experience from key stakeholders is key
Familiarity with designing & configuring declarative development (Security, automations, fields/layouts, process builder, and workflow)
Skills & Qualifications
Several years as a proven SF Admin already and having experience working on complex org is a must
Ideally a few SF certs, but the proven working experience will be accepted
Experience mentoring junior members of the team would be advantageous
