Our client runs one of the largest and most complex SAP implementations in the world. Their Technical Integration team are responsible for a number of critical SAP Cross-functional solutions & services as well as continuously improving and innovating those. With the increased pace of change in technology we decided to extend the our Technical Integration team in our Barcelona Hub to continue delivering world class services to our business.

We are looking for a SAP Integration Senior Specialist with strong knowledge and experience in SAP cross-functional topics. Ensure & oversee consistent implementation and support of cross functional SAP topics like SAP Archiving, Change Retrofit, SAP Translation methodology, Synchronization
Contribute in the design of SAP functionality that would affect more than one functional stream
Coach & Train solution experts in cross functional integration issues
Drive and perform automation where possible of manually executed work (offshore or onshore)
Manage quality of the delivery of SAP Integration and Translation sustain activities by offshore and contractors
Identify, define and support KPI measures, balanced scorecards and measurement tools to drive improvement in services.
Education and experience
A minimum of 5 years SAP Integration experience in large and complex SAP implementations
In-depth knowledge of all SAP cross functional topics (Archiving, Batch jobs, Transport Management, SAP Solution Manager, SAP configuration tools, SE63, SM30, SPRO, etc.)
Led matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams or strategic change management projects
Leadership experience across different areas of IS/IT (Development, IT Services) and at least one functional area
Customer and Service mind-set to keep the ways to access our service simple to consume
Proven track record in delivering complex projects internationally
Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations
In-depth understanding of all SAP modules (R3, BW, etc.)
Experienced in the area of offshoring to India, supplier management and quality control
Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
Service Management ITIL knowledge/certification
Demonstrate ability to convince, gain trust and support from team members, business representatives and external partners
Experienced in liaising diverse and virtual teams in multi-cultural environment
Ability to work autonomously, well organised
Fluent in English spoken and written
