As a Salesforce Technical Consultant you will play a pivotal role in this end users Salesforce team, working closely with the Salesforce Lead to drive the platform across the business.
In this Technical Consultant role, you will utilise your configuration skill set by assisting with a range of Flows, Validation Rules and Approval Processes. Also, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders to gather the technical business requirements to help deliver and design a range of solutions. Another key aspect of the role will be supporting the full implementation cycle, scoping out the initial stages right the way through to the deployment and training. As well as taking lead on multiple projects and running them end to end.
Hands on experience with Salesforce (Lightning preference)
Strong Salesforce product knowledge (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
