Description du poste / stage

A vacancy for a SA RU2.0 QCM APQP, Control Plan et FMEA (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Saint-Nazaire. You will join Quality Performance SA department.
The job holder will act as Quality Programme Single Aisle manager and will be part of the SA Local Programme Team (LPT). He will report directly to Head of Quality Systems & Programmes.
In this position, he will have the opportunity to represent Quality in the Single Aisle major projects and he will ensure Customer Protection via ToW (transfer of work) and Mods (modifications) anticipation. This will imply the overview on the A320 in Saint-Nazaire and on the whole upstream supply chain.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

In collaboration with Airbus Quality, Procurement, Production, Programme and Engineering team, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Quality activities for new SA development (NE0+, ACF, ACJ…) in the SA ramp-up context, incl. Maturity Gates reviews management
  • Lead Quality activities in the frame of ramp up taskforces (R63, R70, second pulse…)
  • Contribute to top CDT improvement projects (MES…)
  • Lead Quality activities for ToW: Buy to Buy / Make to Buy
  • Lead Quality activities for Mods anticipation (DRIVE, eTAXI…)

This position will request travel from time to time.
