A vacancy for a Robotics Engineer has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse (St Eloi). You will join Manufacturing technologies team, a team responsible for the management of the manufacturing technologies used in the plant to produce elementary parts and assembly them. It is in charge of improving existing technologies & developing new ones for our future products. It is an active relay for the transverse functions in order to disseminate best practices for the interest of the plant & Airbus.
You will work in a cooperative environment with Project Managers, Manufacturing & Maintenance workers, engineers and managers, methods specialists, transverse robotic engineers in the scope of the Airbus Robotic Transformation plan. The Robotic Engineer understands the strategic mission and core capabilities of Airbus Industrial Robotic Technologies department along with relevant technologies to and implements them in shopfloor to bring value to production team.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
¤ Educated to an Engineering degree level
¤ Robotics experience on various trademarks. Ability to specify and design robotic systems
¤ Knowledge of metrology and process capabilities, testing and troubleshooting.
¤ Experience in various fields for Robotics deployment, such as artificial vision, measurement, motion control, and programming.
¤ Project management skills
¤ Team player
¤ Problem solving and strong ability to drive solutions in a challenging environment
¤ Negotiation level of French and English is required.
