Revenue Operations Director (Salesforce) – London (£90,000)
As the Revenue Operations Director, you will be driving the implementation of the revenue strategy for this end user who have huge growth plans moving in 2021. I’m looking to speak to candidates who have strong functional and technical experience with the Salesforce platform and also a passion for data. You will also have proven experience in a similar role where you have defined and driven processes to ensure smooth Revenue Operations.
You will be leading a highly experienced team who drive and maintain the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing functions. With your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, you will be able to be hands-on with general Administration tasks, and also understand when coding is required. As an expert in the capabilities of Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to leverage the way the platform is capitalised on moving forward, giving you real scope to produce effective road maps that can be implemented and deliver transformational changes. You will be working on multiple complex projects, so your experience engaging with senior stakeholders will shine through in the role, as this will be crucial in achieveing your goals and objectives. Key Skills
- Hands on experience with Salesforce (Administration).
- Experience managing large budgets (ideally over £1,000,000).
- Leadership experience in a similar role with a large organisation
- Extensive experience defining and driving processes to ensure smooth Revenue Operations
- Understanding of Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Components.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
