Reporting to the After-Sales Service Director, you work within the framework of the Perfect Completion Guarantee (GPA), the Good Operation Guarantee (GBF) and the
ten-year Damage Period (DO).
You deal with all customer complaints, participate in expert appraisals and manage the technical interventions necessary for their resolution while respecting the internal process.
Your next challenges:
Higher education (BTS, DUT or engineering school), you benefit from a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction sector (General contractor, Promotion-Construction, project management firm ...) on a position similar, in work management or in support of the GPA and delivery phases.
Sensitive to the quality and familiar with technical construction standards and regulations related to housing, your solid technical knowledge of building, business relationships and their contractual guarantees, allow you to negotiate effectively with your contacts.
Known for your ability to carefully plan your business, you know how to set deadlines to achieve set goals. With a sense of urgency and an ability to provide answers within tight deadlines, you know how to argue and suggest alternatives in case of disagreement.
Your interpersonal skills, your diplomacy and your ability to communicate effectively with numerous interlocutors will be assets in carrying out the missions entrusted to them and contributing to customer satisfaction!
