It is localized nearby Valenciennes site, a plant specialized in the design, development, manufacturing, testing and services of Rolling Stocks (1200 pers.).

The ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) department is part of our growing Services business unit. Its mission is to design and deliver a set of technics and methods that will ensure a maximum availability of the railway system with a minimum maintenance cost.

  • Be the LSA interface with customers (internal and external)
  • Participate on tender phase to create LCC and write process specification for customer
  • Write LSA specification for supplier and partner units on project phase
  • Validate supplier and partner units LCC targets
  • Manage LSA engineer
  • Follow LSA supplier studies and equipment fitting on design review
  • Validate supplier and partner units maintenance documentation
  • Validate the RAMS safety recommendations  
  • Write maintenance task analysis
  • Write trouble shooting guide.
  • Realize maintenance demonstration for the customer.
  • Monitor the execution of project through a commitment on QCD.
  • Participate to develop and improve ILS reference libraries with your REX and LCC cost optimization
