After deploying OWA and other tools of O365 on our tenant, our client is now capitalizing on those newly available applications.
SharePoint and Power platform are the environments chosen to invest for our new intranet and new business requirements/opportunities. The new intranet project is currently under development and is planned to go live by the end of the year.
This resource will take the mission of project manager for the new intranet and in the meanwhile assist users in adoption and configuration of Power platform tools by integrating our Office 365 Factory team.
Intranet project management:
Manage agile integration of the new intranet using project management standards and get at project and planning objectives. Knowledge transfer with current project manager.
Coordinate corp communication department needs and relationship with third party integrator.
Power platform analyst: as a business analyst, identify and support business requirements in building solution based on O365 Power platform. Support Factory manager in Office 365 applications promotion.
- Project management (coordination, reporting, tests, documentation and follow-up)
- Support business on Power platform applications (PowerBI/Flow/PowerApps)
- On-board IT regions on both projects
- Escalate to O365 program Manager if needed
BAC+5, Project Management, Power platform experience (PowerBI/Flow/PowerApps).
Background in SharePoint intranet realization.
3 to 10 years. Information technologies, project management ideally at the contact with business teams.
Mandatory experience on O365 usages + SharePoint intranets ideally in a large industrial company
EXPECTED QUALITY: Dynamic, autonomous, good listener, open minded, organized, business oriented with basic IT technical knowledge.
