Description du poste / stage

A vacancy for a Programme Acceleration Team has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the BXMS and you will work within the Programme Acceleration Team (in the CoC Project and Programme Management, BXM), supporting the set-up and recovery of major Airbus projects.

This specific PAT post will focus on the deployment of Agile and Scaled Agile ways of working for both product based and transformation projects.
You will be working in plateau mode (co-located with the project team) for up to 3 months, with up to 3 additional months to complete the handover to the project Management Business Partner (PMBP) team.



Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing the overall project governance based on Agile / Scaled Agile principles
  • Deploying Project Management methods and tools that support Agile ways of working but are also integrated with company processes
  • Defining supplier collaboration principles aligned with the Agile methodology
  • Supporting the set-up of Project Monitoring & Control systems, with particular support on Agile and collaboration solutions
  • Supporting the set-up of the Project Plateau and team-working principles
  • Identifying lessons learnt from internal / external projects that can be reused
  • Providing Agile / Scaled Agile coaching for Project team members
  • Supporting the development of core PAT methods and tools where required (e.g. project set-up checklists, project assessment tools).

You will be required to work on the project site (Airbus or supplier) during the PAT mission (typically up to 3 months).



Compétences requises

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Confirmed experience of using Agile methods to manage large projects (e.g. 10M+ euros), including use of scaled Agile methods such as SAFe or LESS
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Very good stakeholder management, listening, negotiation, conflict management and communication skills
  • Autonomous, service and problem-solving oriented behaviour
  • English: negotiation level. German/French and/or Spanish would be a plus.
