Product Marketing Manager H/F

Description of the team :

The Marketing team is undergoing a strategic transformation to sharpen the execution of our ambitious mission in support of the overall Murex growth plan. An agile methodology adapted for the marketing discipline is used, which complements the SAFe organisation of our product division.

Within the Product Marketing team, we are sharpening our sales enablement and market analysis & insight activities, while also focusing on proposition development for targeted market segments in order to clarify, harness and strengthen Murex's product-market fit, which in turn amplifies revenue and profitability.



Missions :

As a product marketing manager you will have to work on the deliverables below :
  • Producing sales supports (roadmaps, battle cards, client case studies)
  • Compelling proposition messaging for promotional assets (animated videos, published articles, whitepapers)
  • Proposing documents for a new or existing offering that includes messaging adapted for the target market segments and buyer personas
  • Creating competitive landscape market research document for a given offering.

To succeed you need to :
  • Demonstrate client and end-user empathy and a clear understanding of the buyer journey
  • Be able to analyse a market with multiple signals and information sources, and succinctly discern and communicate internally on different customer segments' needs
  • Discern and communicate on differentiating Murex value propositions that meet identified market needs
  • Have experience in leading initiatives and delivering high value outcomes with cross- functional and cross-location team members.
JOB requirements
Profile :
  • Fluent in English, you have at least 7 years of experience in capital markets including a strong understanding of large software systems transformation projects with client facing delivery (implementation, support, sales and pre-sales).
  • You have a deep knowledge of at least one main capital markets business domain (e.g. trading, risk management, operations, finance ..) and ideally functional expertise of MX.3 as a user in one business domain. You are familiar with agile project management methodology.
  • You demonstrate strong grounding in the technology enablers of capital markets platforms (systems architecture, the technology stack, market infrastructure connectivity and integration, data flows and data management) and have a real interest in disrupting technology enablers including cloud, DLT, NoSQL databases, web APIs, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
  • Autonomous and self-driven, you have excellent collaborative skills with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, which allows you to take part in the creation of content (preferred e.g. presentation, article or video for an external audience). Besides, you are pragmatic, methodic and creative.
