Description de l'offre
- You will carry out all the secretarial activities that will be entrusted to you and will coordinate the transmission of the information.
- You have a successful career in one or more similar positions (minimum experience of 1-8 years).
- You know how to be autonomous, rigorous, reactive, you are methodical, and the sense of organization is one of your main assets.
- You have an adaptability and you like to take responsibilities in the tasks that you carry out. You are a force of initiative.
- A bilingual level of English as well as a perfect knowledge of the Pack Office and especially Excel, will be necessary to your success in this position.
Other daily activities includes:
Visitor reception and telephone switchboard management.
Organization of travel (Visas, tickets, hotels) & management of various administrative tasks (booking rooms, taxi, shopping, train and plane tickets, visa application ...).
Co-ordinating with local travel & visa authorities and working on the necessary documentations.
Preparation of administrative files and consolidation of information (Excel format).
Other works: realization of documents (typing, formatting or proofreading of Word documents, mailings, PowerPoint, Excel, processing and sending of mail, photocopies / scan, conf call, organization of video ...).
