Market Intelligence - Germany H/F
Within the Dermo-cosmetic branch of our German subsidiary and under the responsibility of the Market Intelligence Manager, you will actively participate in the development of the Market Intelligence Center in the subsidiary and work in close relationship with numerous Departments. The focus of this position relies on the preparation of comprehensive reports (e.g. market figures) addressed to the Senior and Top Management. Besides, the holder of the position will be asked to analyze the data and to give recommendations based on the outcomes.
To this end, your missions will be the following ones:
- Undertaking market and consumer's studies (formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations to the concerned Departments);
- Creating a regularly monitoring of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics' main marketing activities: analyzing their cost/value ratios, matching the outcomes with the consumer knowledge from the Usage&Attitude studies;
- Building an extensive Market booklet including all relevant market and consumer data to support the Management level in every day decision-making and national and international meetings;
- Establishing PFDC Monthly Report for the German subsidiary and the Headquarters by collecting and preparing all relevant data (as well as relevant information and recommendations) from the stakeholders of each departments.
Master's Degree in Economics, Management or Marketing type Business School, IAE, University
Minimum one year's experience in a similar field (apprenticeship, internships, etc.)
Knowledge of the dermo-cosmetic industry would be a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong statistical, reporting and analytical skills
B2 level in German required (English language also appreciated)
