We’re looking for a talented Project Manager who will play a critical role in leading the delivery of new user services around the Workplace & Mobility in our global context.
What will you be doing? - Design, organize and follow-up global rollout related to end-users services: - To ensure an end to end approach, you will coordinate the rollout process with engineering and support teams to ensure consistent workflow, transparency and alignment. You may have to coordinate external dependencies when required (partners, etc.). - You will define rollout approach/methodology, including change management and training together with other support and engineering managers. You will manage directly the deployment teams through their regional team leads. - You will monitor, analyze and report performance in order to identify which actions need to be taken to keep or get the project on track. -- You have to constantly review and address deployment risks and issues and regularly review progress to ensure overall project milestones and objectives are achieved. - Consequently, you will also make proposals for enhancement of tooling, processes & procedures to ensure swift delivery of rollout targets in a sustainable way.
- Understand usage and drive change management for new IT services: - You will be implied in initiatives to gather end users needs and requirements (survey, workshop, etc.). You may have to work with IT clients (Internal Communications, HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) on end-users topics to assess and qualify their needs. - Take lead role in POC organization on innovative and cutting-edge topics - You will manage or participate to projects on all components of the scope, including: - End-users devices (OS, software, hardware, etc.) in a Choose Your Own Device environment, including Windows, Mac OS X, tablets, etc. - Collaboration tools (O365, videoconferencing bridge/endpoints, etc.) - New meeting rooms services (Videoconference, content sharing, digital whiteboard, etc.) Develop and deploy new usage around collaboration spaces (connected TV, touch screen, collaborative tools, etc.) - All network infrastructure that can improve users experience (MPLS, WAN acceleration, etc.) ...And much more!
What do we NEED? - Graduated from an engineering school, at least 5 years of experience - Service focused, with strong inter personal skills, proactive and dynamic - Project planning, reporting and processes- Strong methodology, good autonomy and reporting skills - Adaptability in a highly moving and fast growing environment - Fluent English speaker r06143
