IT Manager
Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (92)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating the VCLS information system (including telephony);
• Guarantee that all the IT services work correctly;
• Participate in the elaboration of VCLS IT strategy;
• Apply IT strategy;
• Guarantee IT security and master IT risks;
• Guarantee IT conception, development, deployment and maintaining in operational condition;
• Anticipate IT technical evolutions: new technologies, software updating;
• Manage IT budget: elaboration, follow-up;
• Guarantee that users get appropriate support and advice (Help Desk);
• Ensure that software licensing laws are adhered to.

Activities:

• Manage services’ providers:
o Define and guarantee service levels;
o Manage supplier relationship quality;
o Is actor of supplier selection;
• Manage IT purchases:
o Forecast requirements; prepare annual budget;
o Organize competition between potential suppliers;
• Manage IT technical and business projects’ development:
o Manage IT projects, define required resources;
o Guarantee project’s development: budget, planning, and objectives;
• Manage IT security:
o Define and implement IT security policy;
o Guarantee IT reliability, confidentiality, integrity and traceability;
o Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
• Manage IT team, notably by mentoring and training new ICT support staff;
• Take into account legacy IT legacy solutions configuration.

Main Technical environment:

• Microsoft Windows OS;
• DB : MSSQL, MySQL, Salesforce related DB;
• Sharepoint 2010/2016, online/on premise;
• Salesforce, Kimble, Sage…

Conditions requises

Experience:

• 8+ years of demonstrated IT administration experience

Personal attributes and skills:

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated communication skills so that technical solutions can be communicated to a variety of audiences;
• Strong customer service skills able to understand and respond to their needs;
• Reliability, systemic approach, capable of leading teams, communicative;
• Ability to resolve issues and complete tasks effectively in both a team environment and independently;
• Ability to effectively multitask.
