What will be your role

  • To ensure a good quality of the run of the Trading systems, we are looking for an IS Production Manager.The perimeter is composed of a large set of in-house applications and some vendor software packages. The perimeter does not include the HelpDesk (Office desktops, tools) nor the Infrastructure.

  • This role will be in charge of supervising the operational support activity and continuous improvement tracks to meet run quality commitments and goals.

  • She/He will work on change management and processes (including change/development/release), staff skills and involvement, tooling, reporting and steering.

Your main activities

  • Operational tasks
    • Supervises the operational support activities.
    • Works closely with all IT teams/resources to drive and coordinate issues analysis and resolution cross several decentralized teams.
    • Manages the 24x7 support functions for all production systems.
    • Ensures that IT systems are operating with sufficient visibility and instrumentation to deliver incident detection, response and resolution.
    • Involved in the changes/releases validation to ensure their success.
    • Organizes the weekly incident review meeting with various IT teams to ensure proper closure and reporting of business-impacting incidents.
  • Incident & Crisis Management

    • Leads the major incidents and crisis management.

    • Ensures good communication about incident status, resolution, and business impact towards users and management.

    • Ensures proper analysis of incidents, documentation after resolution and the processing of actions for the continuous improvement.

  • Global Steering

    • Consolidates global picture of risk/weakness areas.

    • Initiate and steer or monitor improvements.

  • Change Management

    • Ensures that staff skills are developed to appropriate level for assigned tasks.

    • Defines & implements tools, guidelines and process to ensure a good quality of the run.

    • Enhances the processes that measure, monitor, and report on the availability and performance of IT systems

    • Tracks incident trends in link with changes to measure the overall progress.

Conditions requises


Degree / Experience

  • More than 8 years in IS delivery & support with a large and decentralized IT organization

  • Minimum 4 year experience in a similar role in Trading environment
