Danone IS/IT (Dan'IS) is looking for an IS Customer Service Analyst to be based in Saint-Ouen (FR).


Proactively manage the day to day support and evolution of existing applications leveraging as much as possible the back-office team in Manila and LBT (Local Business Transformation), participate to projects for the development of new applications and processes in order to ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone's businesses, taking into account: Customer service excellence, Project and portfolio management, Application management and Governance processes.

IS analyst is in charge of proactively support & develop BT (Business Transformation) Sales application landscape.

Within Customer Service France Team, she/he will

•  perform efficient support for France divisions, acting both as first and second level of support

•  help to drive external software providers for legacy solutions

•  leverage and maintain existing solutions in contact with off-shores back offices

•  participate and drive innovative projects to maximize business value delivered

Current scope of application is SAP Sales and Delivery centric, with a significant current footprint on cloud components (SAP Cloud Platform, Fiori Apps,...) and other legacy apps interfaced to this backbone. Main business interactions are with France, but as applications supported are globally deployed, geographical scope is worldwide.

This mission requires day-to-day interactions with business counterparts (project leaders, key-users, ...), other DAN'IS domains (Finance, Operations, Data to Insights,...) and IT key contributors (SAP & Cloud developers, middleware, security) for the following order to cash processes

•  Customer order processing (Mobiles, EDI, VMI, Webshops ...)

•  Customer relationship (3rd party salesforce integration, B2B portal...)

•  Stock allocation for customers

•  Customer complaints (logistic & financial complaints, internal resolution workflow...)

•  Invoicing and cash collection (generate invoice and export documents, invoice dematerialization, online payment, cash collection at point of sales...)


Customer-oriented mindset, with capabilities to understand and embrace external constraints.

Transversal management skills (even in complex / conflict situations) and resilience, ability to build quickly operational network.

Strong capabilities for project management (Agile and/or waterfall, Scrum certification or Agile experience is a plus)

SAP module knowledge with initial experience (SD or MM is a plus)

French and English speaking (fluent) as you will work in an international environment within multi-cultural team and with worldwide interactions.

Availability to travel may also be needed, for short missions, or even for a few consecutive weeks when required.
