Description du poste / stage

A vacancy for an internship in the deployment of an organisation based on a liberated team model (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse on the Saint Martin site.

You will join the Configuration Management Centre of Competence department which has around twenty people.

The department’s activity consists in defining processes and methods for aircraft configuration management within the scope of customer services, as well as defining conformity processes as per aviation authority regulations.

This internship will start in January 2018 (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 6 months.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and activities will include:

  • Enhancing the department’s organisation
  • Setting up general communications
  • Managing skills
  • Modifying and designing a liberated company and providing improvements to communications through digital solutions
  • Defining everyone's role within the organisation
  • Communicating Internally (with all team members)


Compétences requises

The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:

  • 4 or 5 years degree in communication, business or management (business school)
  • You are an excellent communicator and know how to interact with people
  • You have good summary skills
  • You are comfortable with new digital solutions (web pages, hub, smartphone applications)
  • Experience in project management would be a plus
  • Language skills: advanced level of French and English
  • Some business trips to Hamburg
