A vacancy for an internship in Computer Vision/Photogrammetry (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space GEO INTELLIGENCE in Sophia Antipolis.
Airbus DS Geo markets two mass mapping production lines worldwide (PixelFactory, StreetFactory) using images from multiple cameras (satellites, aerial cameras, drones). One is focused on the production of 2.5D elevation models and 2D mapping and the other on 3D textured models.
Within this context, the aim of the internship will be to contribute to the development of new 3D reconstruction algorithms adapted to high-resolution satellite images.
You will join the 'Research & Development' department which has a team of 6 people.
This internship will start in February 2018 (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 6 months.
