Mission:

The objective of the internship is to measure ML model robustness against adversarial examples, as well to see to what extent the performance of adversarial attack detection can be improved. For this purpose, we analyze the mobile network traffic in order to generate adversarial examples.  

Qualifications:

  • 2nd year Master of Science in computer science, applied mathematics or related fields
  • Programming skills in Python, JAVA or other programming languages
  • Practical experience with security and adversarial attacks
  • Practical experience on deep learning techniques
  • Knowledge of mobile network traffic payload and  protocols
  • Data visualization skills

Duration

The internship will last 6 months and will take place in the Nokia Bell Labs - Cyber Security group located in Paris-Saclay (Nozay 91620).

Mission:

L'objectif de ce stage est de mesurer la robustesse du modèle ML face à des exemples adverses, ainsi que de voir dans quelle mesure la performance de la détection des attaques adverses peut être améliorée. Pour ce faire, nous analysons le trafic du réseau mobile afin de générer des exemples adverses.

Qualifications:

  • Master de 2e année en informatique, en mathématiques appliquées ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Compétences en programmation en Python, JAVA ou autres langages de programmation.
  • Expérience pratique en matière de sécurité et d'attaques adverses
  • Expérience pratique des techniques d'apprentissage profonde (le deep learning)
  • Connaissance des charges utiles et des protocoles du trafic des réseaux mobiles
  • Compétences en visualisation de données

Durée:

Le stage durera 6 mois et se déroulera au sein du groupe Nokia Bell Labs - Cyber Sécurité situé à Paris-Saclay (Nozay 91620).
