As an Implementation consultant, you will be joining a great team within a growing and well established company.
You will be responsible for ensuring the success of customer CRM implementations, customer engagement & helping with the strategy for the customer transformation.
Collaborate with customers, other consultants and core stakeholders to understand user requirements. Ensure that design and realisation of functional solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements, assess available technologies, recommend solution options according to the customer’s activities and requirements.
Consultants may serve as team members or lead consultants and will be able to work independently on client site.
Key skills for this role
Strong process analysis and data analysis/manipulation skills
Strong experience dealing with stakeholders
Previous experience as Implementation Consultant
Relevant CRM experience
