Description du poste / stage

You want to integrate a dynamic domain which is hosting ambitious transversal projects to provide solution helping Airlines to optimize their maintenance and Flight operations (EFB, remote maintenance, maintenance mobile terminal...)?

You also want to integrate an organization that has a lot of interfaces with stakeholders Inside Airbus and Major Suppliers?

A vacancy for an IM Risk & Opportunity Coordinator has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Performance & Risk Management team.
Inside IM (Information Management), this department is in charge of central coordination for full performance management scope. Assure IM Performance and Risk Management and lead transversal projects for TCQ improvement & productivity in this frame. Our department supports the IM domains for operational convergence topics (e.g. Quality Gates)
We represent the IM community within the Company Performance governance body (yearly target setting,..) within Airbus and ensure cross-functional/cross-program alignment.
Within the IM we support the success of the transformation program and foster best practice exchange across domains/functions.

Our team is an international team with hubs in Toulouse and Hamburg.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Risk Management for IM
  • Leading transverse risk management with functions (Industrial, Engineering, Quality, Procurement) and Programs (A320, A330/A380, A350, Customer Services)
  • Leading IM ERM (=Enterprise Risk Management) process in line with the Airbus ERM process (in compliance with Airbus Group ERM rules and guidelines)
  • Providing IM risk exposure to Head of IM and Head of F and challenge appropriate mitigation actions
  • Enforcing identification of risks in IM and domains and provide proper escalation to Head of IM and F allowing right level of anticipation and guiding decision making process
  • Aligning IM risk exposure with finance to ensure robust AOP process
  • Ensuring and challenging a robust and effective Risk and Opportunity management process across domains and communities with a focus on potential business impacts on medium and long term view to prevent IM Objectives achievements

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

  • 5-year degree in IT (or equivalent)
  • Programme & project management knowledge
  • Profound financial background
  • Deep understanding of Airbus organisational structure
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Advanced level of English (French/German is a plus)
