Description du poste / stage

A vacancy for a IAM Product Manager has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the ZIOIC Department.

Airbus needs to on board people with proven experience on new state of the Art Identity & Access Management, i.e. new concepts/ protocols enabling Digitalisation and Flexible ICT used by the leading edge Digital companies (GAFA, start-ups…) such as ID as a Service, Identity Governance and Administration, modern security and access control schemes (such as Analytics, MFA,...).
The job holder strongly contributes to transformation of Airbus IT, by influencing culture change and establishing new way of working.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the agile / iterative product and services development.
  • Advocate the product and services to customers and lead change management toward consumers if appropriate
  • Contribute to the product competitive advantage by selecting, promoting and deploying strategic use of emerging technologies.
  • Drive the target using Key Value Metrics on the business value delivered by the standard product and services to the customers and consumers.
  • Manage the budget and costs of the services by ensuring a proper capacity and a competitive offer.
  • Define and manage a service operational excellence ensuring that all topics are covered: reliability and resilience, monitoring and proactivity, scalability and evolution, interoperability and automation, data quality, security and business value.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Compétences requises

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor to Master Degree in a Technical/IT discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience
  • International exposure.
  • Customer service oriented and focus on business value creation and user satisfaction.
  • Good leadership skills, in particular ability to lead and motivate team members in a trans-organizational and multicultural context.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good project experience.
  • Autonomous.
  • Negotiation level in English.
  • Good Knowledge of state of the art IAM technologies, as well as emerging IAM technologies: new concepts/ protocols such as ID as a Service (IDaaS), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), modern security and access control schemes (such as Analytics, MFA,...).

This position has been graded band VA.
