The French HR IS Manager will be closely working with IT and business team to propose, maintain and support all the HRIS applications and French payroll.

Responsibilities and main missions:

  1. French Payroll

    • La participation aux projets divers (bulletin simplifié, imposition à la source et tout autre projet consécutif aux évolutions législatives et/ou conventionnelles) ;

    •  La gestion de la Tierce Maintenance Applicative Paie en lien avec le prestataire (de la détection des anomalies, en gérant la recette jusqu’au passage en production) ;

    • La réalisation et l’analyse des requêtes pré et post paie ;

    • La gestion technique des sujets spécifiques tels que la DSN, etc. ;

    • L’assistance aux utilisateurs du terrain.


  1. French HR IS

    • Overseeing the daily operation of our HR Information Systems including the “interim” and the onboarding solution

    • Manage 3 people


5/7 years of experience in SAP HCM development. The candidate will quickly demonstrate independence on his/her topics.

Professional skills:

•Knowledge in Project Management.

•Effective dialogue with the teams (both technical and business).

•Teamwork, excellent relational skills, intellectual flexibility.

•Appropriate communication, autonomy, solidarity.

Technical skills:

• Project management methodology.

•Master Degree in Information Management or equivalent
