Stellantis, one of the largest global car makers and the parent company of fourteen of the most iconic industry brands including Jeep, Fiat, Maserati, Peugeot, and more, has created Mobilisights, a Data-as-a-Service Business Unit, which will harness sensor and other data from millions of connected vehicles and other devices to support data products and services for a growing array of customers and applications.
As the global head of Sales Operations, your key responsibility is to establish and operate the sales operations function to support Mobilisights' sales growth. In this role, you'll build a team, create framework and end-to-end sales process for the sales operations, and implement/scale them throughout the Mobilisights organization.
Establish Sales Processes:
Partner with sales leader to setup sales process & cadence
Assist Sales Management in identifying and correcting bottlenecks
Drive CRM system (SFDC) implementation and integrations with other systems, and its future evolution
Work with sales to improve SFDC efficiency and maintain it as single source of truth (data integrity, freshness, exhaustiveness)
Monitor global sales org compliance with requirement and ensure SFDC is maintained at expected quality level
Work closely with Marketing to ensure close integration with sales tools & processes and fluid lead and opportunity flows
Ensure all relevant sales material is stored and accessible to sales team
Revenue planning & forecasting:
Support sales management in planning, forecasting and budgeting exercises
Review and support sales quotas allocation + compensation execution and improvement
Assist sales management in providing relevant sales reports and other internal intelligence
Rationalize and enhance reporting tools as needed
Support Sales leader in accessing standard mgmt. reporting (pipe, forecast, etc.)
Gather training needs for sales/support teams
Work closely with sales management and HR to establish training plan
Build a team of sales operations professionals to engage and support stakeholders
Setup continuous improvement process/culture
Skills – Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or closely aligned function; 5+ years in regional leadership roles
5+ years of experience supporting B2B enterprise sales team, preferably in SaaS/DaaS businesses
3+ years of global experience, preferably in sales/GTM functions with good understanding of key markets
Process orientation with experience establishing processes and using tools and technology in managing sales process and tracking/reporting metrics
Strong, hands-on knowledge and experience with CRM, invoicing/billing, and other commonly used systems and tools
Strong data/analytical, communication and presentation skills
Experience engaging with executive levels of management
5+ years of people management experience; experience managing globally distributed team a big plus
A track-record of coaching and developing individuals and teams to fulfil their potential
An entrepreneurial spirit and excited by the challenges that come along with building an early stage business
Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
