I am currently working with a leading tech consultancy, looking for a Functional Consultant to join their business as part of their London team.

The role

You will be working across different industries, helping their clients to transform their businesses using Salesforce.com platform supported by one of the largest eco system of Salesforce apps. You will be dealing with clients and stakeholders on regular basis. You will prepare functional documentation to exceed client expectations using your deep functional Salesforce product knowledge

You will be expected to understand the clients needs and requirements. You will help them to overcome the problems providing solutions, adding business value and innovation through your extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

What do you need to be successful for this role?

• Relevant experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
• Experience of working on large complex end user or client projects involving large numbers of Salesforce end users
• Certified to Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant and/or Vlocity Platform Consultant are highly desirable
• Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team that includes highly skilled Salesforce developers, change management consultants and testers
• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations
