Description du poste / stage

Several vacancies for an Experienced Agile Coach have arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

You will be part of the IM Governance organization.

You will support us in the acceleration of our Digital transformation.

If you are passionate in helping people to change and adopt new ways of working and collaborating, eager to show multifunctional teams that this will lead them to success, we might just have the right challenge for you.

We are looking for an expert that can help us accelerate our Agile transition.
For this, you will help the teams in their challenges related to the way they work and collaborate together (ICT community and Business). You will train the teams on Agile methodologies and transform proficient project managers into our Scrum masters of the future.

Basically, you should feel the need to go and see personally leaders and members of the teams, in order to integrate Agile practices in our way of working. You should be the person around with whom we want to build a group of change agents.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the relevant authorities.



Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Drive the changes
  • Actively coach product owners and their teams ensuring their success
  • Train future Scrum masters and set up adequate processes aiming to share the knowledge within our company
  • Animate the Agile community within Airbus Helicopters
  • Closely interact with / support the Project Management Office organization
  • Ensure that the right projects are started under Agile / Scrum and facilitate their execution
  • Enrich our Project toolkit with Agile principles

This role will involve some business travels (once a month) in Toulouse and Donauworth and as such, you should be able to travel accordingly.



Compétences requises

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in aeronautical or related discipline (would be a plus).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Agile Coaching of several teams in various multi-cultural environments.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean Software Development, DevOps)
  • Deep IT process knowledge (from plan over build to run)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and under a high level of stress.
  • Self-starter individual capable of working with little supervision as well as a team player.
  • Ability to quickly establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members, in order to help them throughout their journey to embrace the Agile methodology
  • Experience in facing difficult challenges, group dynamics, organizational impediments. You have become a coach to teams, managers and others.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver an effective communication on progress, as well as to use Agile metrics and assess maturity
  • English and French: fluent and German: an intermediate level would be a plus
