We are looking for an expert that can help us accelerate our Agile transition.
For this, you will help the teams in their challenges related to the way they work and collaborate together (ICT community and Business). You will train the teams on Agile methodologies and transform proficient project managers into our Scrum masters of the future.
Basically, you should feel the need to go and see personally leaders and members of the teams, in order to integrate Agile practices in our way of working. You should be the person around with whom we want to build a group of change agents.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the relevant authorities.
