Today, for the establishment of its Corporate, the Information Technology Department of EQUANS is looking for:
Position located in La Défense (92)
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be responsible for designing the technical architecture and its medium and long-term evolution within the EQUANS perimeter in response to business needs. As the person responsible for monitoring the overall architecture and infrastructures as defined by EQUANS' IT strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical consistency and durability of the information system during its development, while ensuring that resources, performance and costs are optimized.
In this context, your main activities will include :
Participate in the definition of the technical infrastructure roadmap :
Propose the roadmap for the Group's major infrastructure domains, including networks (WAN, LAN), telephony, security, datacenter infrastructure, Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and collaborative environments (such as Office 365)
Participate in the definition of technical infrastructure standards:
Definition and management of technical standards in compliance with urban planning rules, management of the coherence of all IT and telecom resources within the framework of the master plan, realization and maintenance of the I.S. technical mapping, evolution of the technical master plan, definition and management of technical standards, guaranteeing the coherence of the technical architecture with the I.S. application architecture, identification of change needs and the development of the IS technical infrastructure, identification of change requirements and the components involved: hardware, software, processes, platform, guaranteeing interoperability, sizing, availability and security, evaluation of the impact of IT solutions in terms of environmental responsibilities.
Monitor and advise the design teams:
Participate in impact studies on existing or planned architecture, recommending technical choices
Leading infrastructure projects:
Requirements analysis in conjunction with I.S. architects, Impact analysis of the chosen application solutions in terms of infrastructure, recommendation of technical solutions allowing a commitment to quality and Service continuity, participation in the mock-up of the solution, definition of technical integration procedures, compliance with the standards and processes defined within the framework of the technical master plan, development of test procedures to evaluate performance, security, compatibility and reliability.
Monitor and improve processes:
Carrying out audits of the company's IT infrastructure, measuring the efficiency of IT processes in terms of infrastructure, drafting recommendations for the evolution of IT solutions.
With a higher education, Engineering School in computer science and networks / production computer science, you have at least 8-10 years in this field and within multi-localised and matrixed organisations in Europe and internationally. Recognized for your perfect knowledge of the global information system, IS architecture and Applications, you have an excellent command of the operating systems, networks and telecoms, databases and storage.
You master the following environments:
- Network (MPLS, SDWan, WIFI, Lan/wan...)
- Security (Firewall, IDP, IDS, MFA, SSO...)
- Server (Windows, Unix), database (Oracle, SQL..)
- Cloud tools (Azure, AWS, ...)
- Collaborative tool (Office 365) and desktop
- Architecture framework
You show adaptability and technical curiosity in integrating technological developments and in optimizing the existing. You are creative and able to identify appropriate technical solutions.
You have good interpersonal skills and know how to work with teams of experts and other departments, particularly business departments.
Fluency in English and French is essential
You may be required to travel within the EQUANS perimeter
