Today, for the establishment of its Corporate, the IT Department of EQUANS is looking for :
A HEAD OF CYBERSECURITY (M/F)
Position based at La Défense (92)
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for the cyber and security strategy for the entire national and international scope of EQUANS. With your team, you will be responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of cyber security governance and policies to provide EQUANS with the secure digital databases necessary for its development.
You will be responsible for ensuring the permanent availability of the IS, while respecting the confidentiality of data and transactions, in an environment that complies with laws and regulations.
Your main tasks and activities will be to :
- Define the general IS security policy and ensure its implementation
- Propose necessary changes to maintain an excellent level of security
- Ensure a permanent monitoring of systems and technological developments, of laws and regulations in terms of IT security with the implementation of SOC (Security Operation Center) services
- Respond to major cyber incidents with the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) services
- Assess the risks related to cyberspace
- Anticipate internal data leaks and IS security needs as well as conduct audits and controls
- Raise awareness and train users on IT security issues and risks
You have a higher education degree, an Engineering degree in cybersecurity or a Master’s degree in Computer Science and networks.
You have proven experience in cybersecurity/IT security in multi-location organisations in Europe and internationally.
You are recognised for your expertise in techniques concerning the security of infrastructures, applications and identity management. You have a good knowledge of infrastructure and application architectures.
You are familiar with global and European laws and regulations including the GDPR and the associated contractual obligations.
You are customer-oriented; you know how to share and impart your knowledge in order to instil a culture responsible and respectful of IT security within EQUANS.
Your vision allows you to anticipate and adapt IS security policies and manage risks.
Fluent and professional English and French is expected.
You will be required to travel within the EQUANS perimeter.
