The Information System organization of the Groupe DANONE (DanIS) recruits a Stream Leader Delivery Factory - WBS Support in the Business Transformation Data 2 Insights.
Data to Insights (D2I) has the mission to deliver and run leading edge, business-focused, data powered solutions & services that will help strengthen Danone transformation & growth.
This position is based in Saint Ouen, France, and reports to the D2I Process leader Delivery Factory.
You will be leading the L2 team, in charge of managing applications support for D2I , covering mainly BI scope.
You will work in a dynamic and complex environment: international, multi-cultural and matrix organizations, various level of stakeholders management and communication, complex and various technology, platforms & products landscape. You will work for French CBUs, all WBUs and Corporate, and embrace topics concerning all domains in the company.
1/ Operationally speaking,
a. You ensure the availability and effectiveness of D2I applications. Manage transition from projects to L2 support by defining best of breed handovers
b. You ensure that the support provided to the CBSs by the L2 respects the internal SLA and KPI.
c. You work in close collaboration with the Stream Leader Touchoint and Service Management, the Stream Leader , to deliver the best possible service to users when L2 intervention is required.
d. You manage closely the Level 2 team, defining priorities, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, etc...
e. You define in cooperation with other D2I process leaders needed ressources & skills linked to validated demand plan & support needs ( closing, specific periods )
f. You drive continuous improvement in managing our assets & solutions at right cost with appropriate stakeholders & providers
g. You monitor and optimize the L2 support budget
h. You manage the Front office team in Saint Ouen and the back office teams,
i. You manage to balance use of onshore / offshore model to have an effective workforce able to industrialize project & support at optimal costs, with proven methodology ( handover management, Front Office / Back Office animation , capacity planning )

At least 7 years of experience
5 years in data information domain (from datawarehousing to business intelligence & analytics concepts)
In depth technical grasp of the D2I main toolset ( Informatica , MicroStrategy, Essbase, Tagetik, Calame Gathering Tools) & other market used technologies
Proficiency in English is mandatory for Corporate matters and relationship with back office. Proficiency in French appreciated but not mandatory.
Functional knowledge and experience on various domains appreciated
Themis / SAP knowledge appreciated
