Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email or direct customer input in ticketing system
Communicate with customers, provide regular updates on progress on working on resolving incidents reported, notify the requestors of impending changes or agreed outages
Reproduce and resolve incidents reported by the customers
Maintain test environments on virtual platform
Basic knowledge of software development (e.g. C# or Java)
Strong communication skills and taking personal responsibility for individual tasks and actions
Ability to prioritize tasks and to work effectively under pressure
Practical knowledge of MS Office
Fluent English is a must
