Follow different projects’ KPIs, demonstrate value for innovation & to make sure all the regional innovation initiatives are aligned with our strategy. Gather the latest innovations and tech trends with the rest of the team. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new ideas, products or services. Help to manage the innovation pipeline and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support our accelerator programs across our different markets. Support our training initiatives Support content production and communications Support the development of business cases for new services and projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Help to coordinate and facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions Maintain a strong understanding of Sodexo’s industry trends and emerging technologies Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations on innovation projects and initiatives

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for tech and innovation, and a desire to drive change and growth in the business.  Enthusiastic and dynamic Organized and comfortable working with multiple teams to complete tasks on a deadline   Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus   Comfort working with different cultures and time zones Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Knowledge of innovation frameworks and methodologies is a plus
