Our client needs the support of a MS Dynamics 365 CRM technical consultant to make the setup of the SALES solution in collaboration with the project team.
Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with the program manager, the functional consultant and business teams
Build the mock-ups, set up the configurations on the system (based on the defined specifications)
Organize and execute operational project activities
Configure the solution according to specifications: MS Dynamics 365 SALES
Develop advanced features when necessary (ie: javascript plugin)
Participate to workshops and Agile ceremonies
Perform unit testing to ensure the quality of deliveries
Promote architectural and functional best practices based on MS Dynamics standards
Support bug resolution and Run activities
Document technical developments
Support the project team to reach identified objectives
Skills & Qualifications
Experience between 5 to 8 years
Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, specifically CRM Sales module
Development skill (C#, Javascript, Powerplatform,…)
Knowledge on the delivery process management
Knowledge on Agile methodology
Fluent in English. Experience to work in international context
Business oriented mindset to challenge and scope functional requirements
English speaker
