Work in partnership with the French Business (HR teams) and the Galileo Global Education Headquarters to support, deploy and maintain Workday in the function.



Mission 1 – Customer Support: Respond and resolve requests quickly. Achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Support functional stakeholders: HRDs, HRBPs, HRIS and C&B director, recruitment manager, payroll administrators and IT stakeholders to finalize the configuration of the system accordingly to functional and business requirements. The emphasis on business partnership is crucial to be successful in the position.
  • Level 1 Support: manage a junior analyst, located in the French HR team will dotted line report to this role.
  • Level 2 Support: this role will hold the Level 2 which will either solve, plan and complete the request or send it to the next level,
  • Level 3 Support: external consultant / Workday




Mission 2 – HRIS Workday Development and HR Projects:
  • Support HR Teams with the Global HR Information System (Workday): become a key user of Workday to support the teams in their local implementation.
  • Participate in design and testing phases. Test each module when applicable considering all possible scenarios.
  • Contract generation: ensure processes work as expected.
  • Performance Management (Entretien): follow up and provide analytics on progress.
  • Recruiting/Onboarding: support HR Teams on reporting, integrations and KPIs regarding recruiting.




Mission 3 – Data Quality:
  • Coordinate and ensure data quality on employee’s profiles: personal data, bank details, career information (CV), personal photo, emergency contacts, etc.
  • Collect and prepare in the Workbooks (excel templates) the data for hires, rehires and terminations every 2 weeks.




Mission 4 – Learn and master Workday.



Mission 5 – Ad hoc Management topics:
  • Prepare or translate various presentations and meetings documents.
  • Encourage best Practices sharing between International and French teams
  • Ensure HR Teams understand requirements aiming for a more efficient way of working.



Required Profile


Matser’s degree highly preferable in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • High rigor and details orientation
  • Self-starter, proactive, eager to deliver, energetic
  • Muti-tasking and complex planning and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of agile approach and methods
  • Digital native person, at ease with IT counterparts
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS-Office (with a key requirement on Excel complex functions and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships and animate training sessions
  • Good influencing skills
  • Good curiosity to HRIS solutions (eg. PeopleNet, Workday)
  • Good technical and change experience of an HRIS environment
  • Previous experience in Workday is necessary
  • Understanding of HR process such as: contracts, payroll performance, recruiting, compensation and onboarding




Languages
