Group IT
  • Within
    Group Operations, Group IT defines
    and leads the technology strategy of the Group so that the AXA IT platform
    enables innovation & growth while ensuring the quality of service,
    aligned to business-driven priorities
  • Teams
    work together to enable the move from ‘traditional insurer to ‘technology
    led company’, by :
  • Providing streamlined, efficient & innovative IT
    services and products
  • Ensuring a consistent customer experience with
    harmonized processes and a dedicated customer facing
    • Being a
      catalyst of Cloud adoption and industrialization of operations, while
      optimizing cost
  • Managing the AXA IT
    Platform, including the implementation of the IT strategy and the definition of
    the business & application architecture
    • Protecting
      AXA Services employees, assets and data and ensuring security
      is an integral part of the IT culture and processes
    • Driving
      the IT governance & the execution of the AXA global IT strategy

  • Under
    Group IT, the IT Services department aims at providing predictable, easy
    to work with and efficient IT services to Entities and Market segments in
    the most relevant way. The organization relies on IT products lines, which
    are accountable for defining value proposition, roadmap and P&L of
    each product.
PRESENTATION OF CONTEXT & TEAM

 

  • Big Data and PermCo Service Manager manages Quality of Service delivered
    to Bigdata and Permco users, especially for:
    • Incident management
    • Problem management
    • Change management
    • Request management
  • He monitors efficiency of Organization and Processes in place regarding
    commitments taken and put in place relevant improvement action plan if needed 












Votre profil

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be
    responsible for the quality of service for Bigdata and Permco scope
  • Be
    the preferred point of contact for the Bigdata and Permco service management
    team
  • Design,
    implement and maintain service management organization, processes, tools,
    standards and documents
  • Monitor
    service level agreements (SLAs ) with key stakeholders
  • Maintain
    the service catalogue for Bigdata and Permco scope
  • Perform
    service management audits and create management reports
  • Perform
    availability, performance reviews and trend analysis
  • Contribute actively to service management community  



PROFILE,
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES




Technical
skills
  • Strong
    experience in IT Service and incident, problem and change processes
  • Practical
    and structured understanding of ITIL Service Delivery processes
  • Hands
    on experience in IT Operations environment and in project management
  • Experience
    in Big Data environment is a plus 


Transversal
Skills:

  • English
    proficiency
  • To be
    creative and innovation-minded
  • Analyze
    and problem-solving skills
  • Work
    with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
