 The Business Group Network Infrastructure (NI) develops IP, Optical and Fixed access products, and distribute them to customer via Regional Business Center. You will be integrated into a team of Regional Business Center Europe, for France customer business and delivery team.

Les activités du poste d’apprenti « « Project Management Network Infrastructure » sont associées à celles d’un poste de chef de projet de déploiement de réseau d’infrastructure IP et/ou Optique, en étroite collaboration avec des chefs de projets confirmés.

Cette collaboration sera évolutive en fonction de la progression de l’alternance, année apres année, typiquement d’abord en support au chef de projet attitré pour certaines activités, puis en binôme, et enfin en autonomie pouvant aller jusqu’à la gestion de la relation client.

On peut résumer les activités correspondantes comme suit, considérant une progression en fonction de l’année/période d’apprentissage :

  • Gestion des commandes en Relation avec la Supply Chain :
    • lancement des commandes,
    • suivi des commandes et de la bonne livraison des équipements/composants,
    • utilisation de SAP (logiciel « Blue Planet »)
    • Suivi de la réception (recette) des commandes par le client
  • Suivi des activités de déploiement des équipements, en relation avec les équipes dédiées :
    • Support au forecast des ressources « Delivery et Deploiement » ,
    • gestion des outils de forecasts associés (passerelle outil RDP global depuis les  outil internes).
    • Planification des activités du projet, Suivi des avancements -> Mise en place d’outils d’aide à la maitrise des plannings.
  • Suivi technique déploiement avec ROM (Roll Out Manager)
    • Suivi de l’avancement des activités, incluant la validité des plans de prévention, la certification des sous-traitants
    • Analyse des impacts des nouvelles commandes dans le projet existant
    • Modification des plans, planning projets et réalisation associées avec l’équipe « Delivery and Deployment »
  • Suivi documentaire des projets : mise en place et suivi des espaces d’échange et d’archivage des projets gérés (par exemple sharepoint)
    • Documents de design, d’ingénierie site, en relation avec les différentes équipes dont les équipes de services professionnels, et celles « Delivery and Deployment »
    • Suivi et gestion de l’avancement documentaire, Dossier d’Ouvrage Exécuté
  • Suivi de la facturation
    • Définition des équipements et services à facturer via les équipes centrales
    • Maintien d’un tableau de bord des projets/sous-projet, prévision de ventes, facturation a faire et effectives,
    • Eventuellement l’industrialisation d’un tel tableau de bord pour automatisation de taches récurrentes ;
    • Synthèse entre les différents outils disponibles

Your skills and experience

  • Organisation et Rigueur dans la gestion des données client
  • Bonne Communication avec les partenaires internes et le client
  • Bonne connaissance des outils bureautique MS Office en particulier;
